Rain Since Friday Afternoon

After we returned from Lookout Mountain Friday it started raining. Saturday morning we walked to the farmer's market in the rain, Mason got fresh donut's and we got our breakfast buritos (Sausage and egg was the best).
It rained all day Sunday and today only looking for a high of 67 degrees with chance of more rain. Now just hoping for sunshine and warmer weather..........

Coors Brewery Tour

Last Thursday we walked through downtown Golden then did the Coors Brewery Tour, that got us fired up so we walked over two Golden City Brewery, Fun Day

Mt Zion & Golden City Brewery

It's been a few days without internet connection, so these pictures are of us going up Mt Zion and watching people take off with parachutes and gliders.

Golden City Brewery

This was Wednesday after noon, fun little outing where we found Golden City Brewery. After a brats to tie us over till dinner we walked home (not that we had to walk, but thats how we got there).

Mason & Grandpa this Morning

First we headed out to the park, then we took a long hike up the trail. Mason had me pick a flower for Grandma and about 2 minutes later a couple of rangers walked up and said, " hey did you pick that from a stalk like plant"? I said yes. They immediately told me it was probably "hemlock" which is poisonous. We had a bottle of water with us and they told us to wash our hands, we did. When we got home, we looked up hemlock, and sure enough it was the flower we picked. Good thing the rangers showed up!!

Saturday, We did the Farmers Market

I didn't get pictures on Saturday.
After Farmers Market Al, Jessica, Maya, Jan and I walked over to the History Park again (I think Al had more fun than Maya). Then we went down town Golden for Pizza (Woody's). Then Saturday evening we went to Wheatridge where Al cooked for us.

We started out at the park and moved to the History Park (Chicken Coop) where Maya got an egg, brought it back to trailer and cooked it.

My walk this morning I went down to the Coors Brewery. We haven't did the tour yet, but we'll get there.

I got a walk in this morning and was sorry I didn't take the camera, so I jumped on the bike and headed away from the RV park, this is what I seen, there are trails running everywhere, up the mountains, along the creek, and into town (Golden).
